The majority of our items are shipped from within the U.S., which helps reduce delivery times and ensures a smoother experience for our customers. A small selection of products may ship from our partners outside the U.S., and those may take a little longer (typically 5–7 business days).
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days from the U.S. Select partner items may take slightly longer (5–7 business days). You’ll always receive tracking once your order is on the way.

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 on all orders via Ground or Priority services. Most items ship domestically, but some may come from global suppliers, taking 7 to 15 business days. We'll keep you updated on any delays. If your order takes longer than 14 business days, we'll offer 10% off your next purchase or store credit. Contact our team for assistance.
We start processing orders within 24 hours on business days. Our team ships Monday through Friday, and orders placed on Fridays are processed the next business day. Processing times are based on our local time zone. Shipping durations may vary as some items ship from the U.S. and others from global suppliers. We appreciate your patience.
Yes — if the item is still in stock, we’re happy to process an exchange. If it isn’t, you can choose store credit or a refund.
