Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Élève may decline returns that don’t meet these requirements (we’ll notify you by email).
How returns work:

You can ship with your own carrier/label (please keep your tracking number), or

Request a return label from us (a flat fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit).

After your package is delivered to us, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection.
We'll notify you if your item is eligible for a refund to your original payment method. If not, we'll issue store credit for future purchases.
Exchanges
Request an exchange through the form below. You cover return shipping; we’ll ship your replacement after inspection. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit.
