The Élève Initiative: A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Styling Confidence Year-Round

At élève, we believe that confidence begins before the first step out the door. Whether it’s the first day of school, a job interview, or a special moment in life—what we wear plays a quiet but powerful role in how we show up.

In Nov 2024, we launched The Élève Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls, teens, and women across the Dallas–Fort Worth area by offering free personalized wardrobe styling and curated outfits for school, interviews, and special occasions.

Our mission is to remove barriers—both seen and unseen—so that every individual can feel prepared, present, and proud of who they are.

How It Works

Based in Southlake, Texas, the élève initiative provides:

• One-on-one style consultations with a professional stylist

• Thoughtfully curated outfits for events like school milestones, interviews, graduations, and more

• All services are offered at no cost to the individuals we serve

  
  

Our approach is personal. We take time to understand each individual’s lifestyle, needs, and personality to build looks that feel both authentic and accessible. The goal isn't just to get dressed—it’s to feel ready, seen, and supported.

Every Purchase Makes an Impact

Our online boutique and seasonal edits aren’t just a reflection of our design philosophy—they’re also how we give back.

100% of profits from shop purchases directly fund the nonprofit initiative. That means every linen co-ord, sheer knit top, or wide-leg trouser you purchase helps us provide clothing and styling support to someone in the DFW area who needs it most.
